This is included in our regular heater kits but available as replacement or spare parts if needed. This product is the same for the Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit aux. fuel ports. 

Note: Velit highly recommends installing the metal fuel standpipe included in our kits for ultimate heater function and reliability. Many customers are using the aux. fuel port adapters with our heaters without issue, but they are out of spec for these heaters required fuel delivery needs. This is particularly important when operating at elevations above 5k-7k+ feet in altitude. 

The factory aux fuel lines are soft hose that is larger in diameter, where the metal standpipe provides the same hard 2mm inside diameter as the rest of the fuel line. We often say to imagine hooking a small coffee straw up to a large milkshake straw, that's what the aux fuel lines are like when using the aux fuel ports. Makes it very difficult for the inherently weak vacuum side of the fuel lines to draw fuel as needed from proper fuel delivery and dosing. 

Ford Transit vans seem to have the poorest performance from their factory Aux. fuel ports from our testing and feedback. Some newer transit users find success by instead of using the adapter, they feed the hard plastic fuel line down the Aux Port in a catheter style to provide the correct internal diameter and pickup hardness for proper fuel delivery. We do not endorse this method but we have heard of it being done with success.
