I recieved my under bench 12v Ac and I was immediatley impressed with the rugged construction. I then went to install it and noticed that the wiring harness was missing. I emailed Velit to let them know. I was contacted by phone within a day or so and spoke with a customer service rep. Within 2 days ( during Thanksgiving) I got my new harness and everything was great. Excellent customer service and product. Thank you

Had multiple units of the 2000u models break repeatedly with the same error codes — E3 blocked rotor. Stay away from Chinese junk

So I got my Velit 2000U and installed it. It was great until I accidentally reversed the polarity and let the smoke out of the electronics. I emailed Velit and got good support even though always a day later due to time difference. They helped me through a solution and I am back in business. Great little unit and the support was good. My problem was self induced... ;(

we are converting an enclosed trailer to camper. so, we needed a way to cool it saw this on a youtube vid. works as promised.

I’ve waited a bit to write this review as I wanted to make sure it’s accurate and helpful. We’ve had our under bench unit for about a month and so far we love it. Install was as easy as can be, the challenging part was definitely figuring out the venting through the van floor. We’ve tested the functionality of the unit in extreme conditions when staying in the van would’ve been otherwise very difficult- the unit does very well! It is not a tremendously large BTU so there are limits on what can be expected, but it definitely cools the van and does the job. Energy consumption is minimal, noise is completely within expectations, and, the ideal bit is that it doesn’t take up roof space. If you want an alternative to the roof mount AC this is a great option! If I had to make a couple suggestions for improvement it would be to have a fan/dehumidify only setting, and a better remote. But these aren’t dealbreakers.
